Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Brilliantio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which is the data controller for any personal information processed through it. For any question about this policy, email hello@brilliantio.com.

What this site collects

Very little. The site has no accounts, forms, mailing list, analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies.

Visiting the site

When you visit, Vercel, our hosting provider, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details, the pages requested and the time of each request, so that it can deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare runs the site's domain name service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed for that purpose.

What we do not do

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the personal information we hold about you, to receive it in a portable form, or to object to its use. Email hello@brilliantio.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or to the regulator where you live.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
